Accurate Smoke Concentration Measurement Optical Density Measurement System: The concentration of smoke generated during testing is measured as an Optical Density (OS) value.
This value is calculated based on the degree to which smoke blocks light at a specific wavelength. The equipment accurately measures the amount of light blocked by smoke, calculates the optical density, and records smoke concentration in real time.
Precise Thermal Radiation Control Heat Flux Control: The heat flux of the material can be precisely controlled during testing. The test typically provides thermal radiation of 25 kW/m² or 50 kW/m² to reproduce actual fire conditions. Heat flux is uniformly distributed, enhancing the accuracy of the test.
Smoke Emission Environment Configuration Sealed Smoke Chamber: The equipment's test chamber provides a space of approximately 0.5m³ and is sealed to prevent smoke from escaping.
This ensures that smoke density is properly measured, enabling the acquisition of accurate data unaffected by external factors.
Real-Time Monitoring and Automatic Data Recording PC-Based Control System: The test environment can be configured and real-time data monitored through an integrated mini PC and touchscreen display.
Data is automatically recorded during testing, and test results are automatically saved after the test is completed.
Automatic Test Result Report Generation Provides an automatic report generation function after test completion.
Detailed test reports documenting changes in smoke concentration over time are saved for subsequent analysis and can be output for submission.
Gas Concentration Monitoring (Optional) An option is provided for simultaneously monitoring the concentrations of major gases such as CO, CO₂, and O₂.

Automatic Specimen Transfer System (Optional) An automation system is provided as an option that automatically transfers specimens to the test chamber and fixes them in precise positions.
