Small-Scale Flame Tester
The Small Flame Tester (BKK Testing Device) is fire safety testing equipment that complies with the DIN EN ISO 11925-2 and DIN 4102-1 B2 standards. This equipment is primarily used to evaluate flame propagation and fire hazards by testing the fire reactivity of building materials, interior materials, and other structural elements. Each standard focuses on evaluating the initial response in the event of a fire, and the BKK equipment provides optimal testing conditions for this purpose.
Key Features

Flame Emitter Emits a standardized flame to the test object to measure flame spread rate and flame propagation.
The height and angle of the flame emitter are adjustable, allowing optimized conditions to be set for various testing situations.
Temperature and Smoke Analyzer Measures and records temperature changes and smoke density generated during testing in real time.
This enables the evaluation of how much smoke spreads during a fire and the resulting risks.
Automated Testing System Automatically records and analyzes data such as temperature, smoke density, and flame spread rate generated during testing, allowing test results to be easily managed.
Test Environment Configuration Test duration, flame intensity, temperature range, and more can be adjusted in real time, enabling testing under various conditions.
Safety Features Equipped with a temperature detection system and overheat protection device, which automatically shut down the system and ensure safety when hazards occur during testing.
