Labo R&D team developed the BFT series to enable beer testing under the most demanding and hygienic conditions.
The BFT 100 and BFT 200 models perform the Accelerated Stability Test (BFT). This is a quality control test used to determine the shelf life of beer and to judge whether fermentation is complete and ready for bottling.
The BFT series devices create a temperature environment suitable for artificially aging beer by varying the temperature from 0°C to 60°C in a 24-hour cycle with a precision of 0.01°C.
Temperature and time values can be generated and saved as scenarios to be recalled when needed. Additionally, temperature-time changes during the test can be saved and reported in .xml format. *Labo refrigeration circulators use refrigerants that are environmentally friendly and harmless to the ozone layer.
