The DVS Discovery is an instrument capable of precisely analyzing the sorption of organic vapors (VOCs) and water (H₂O) in two samples simultaneously, enabling evaluation of material moisture sensitivity, stability, and storage conditions. 

What is DVS Discovery? 




The DVS Discovery is a gravimetric sorption analyzer specifically built for the precise analysis of moisture and organic vapor sorption properties in solid materials. 


Across a wide range of industrial applications, solid materials undergo structural and performance changes through interactions with water vapor or organic vapors. The DVS Discovery is designed to evaluate the sorption and desorption behavior of solid materials in real time under diverse vapor environments, including moisture and organic solvents.


With precise control over temperature and relative humidity, the DVS Discovery enables measurements that replicate real-world conditions across a broad range of organic vapor and water vapor compositions. Its flexible configuration options — supporting diverse experimental conditions and accessories — allow for quantitative analysis of hygroscopicity, stability, and structural changes in a wide range of materials, including pharmaceuticals, polymers, food, and building materials.
